International Literacy Day (8th September) was observed on 9th September during school assembly. The students were made aware of the importance of literacy. A talk show by the senior students was held. A poem was recited by students of primary wing. A speech was delivered by a student and teacher also discussed the need of education with the children in their respective classes. Students were encourage to spread literacy to the disadvantaged section. “Each one Teach one” is the slogan raised in the assembly.
